Time to get your team of four together for the Yamba SLSC and Lions Club Annual Charity Golf Day at the Yamba Golf and Country Club on Sunday 23rd August! Cost is $25 per person, which includes bbq and drink tickets. There are fantastic prizes to be won. Register your team at the Yamba Golf and Country Club.

Congratulations to all the club members who successfully completed training courses on Sunday. James Wheelers completed his IRB Drivers award, Rhys Comerford, Rachel Fahey, Chris Moran, Jo Worboys, Simon Worboys and Kirsten O’Connor completed their IRB crewperson award and Noah Hodgson, Kealy Day, Shannon Colwell, Max Normand, Sue-Ellen Hyne, Wayne Ringland, Alicia Cumberland, Andrew Cumberland, Jack Earle, Natashya Earle, Patricia Verran, Tony McFarlane and Teagan McFarlane gained their Senior First Aid Certificate.

An Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate is being held in Yamba on Sunday the 30th August, please enrol by 21st August. Courses are free to all club members.

Yamba SLSC meat raffles are on every Saturday evening at the Yamba Golf and Country Club. John Barnier, Sachie Ardrey and Keith Bradleywill be selling tickets from 5.30pm with the draw starting at 6.30pm. With 33 fantastic meat trays to be won, go along and try your luck!

Yamba SLSC bar is open every Sunday afternoon from 3pm to 6pm. Great views, cold drinks and a friendly atmosphere, why not pop down with some friends for a relaxing afternoon.

Yamba SLSC Office hours have changed to Monday and Tuesday 9- 12 noon and Friday 2pm-5pm.
