Yamba SLSC Boaties will again participate in the Yamba Dawn Service on ANZAC Day. This year crews from other surf clubs will be joining them in a pre-dawn row out and raising of the oars as part of the dawn service.  See photo below of Yamba Boat Crews participating in the 2013 Anzac Day Dawn Service.

The G100 team is experiencing a trip of a life time taking part in the ANZAC Centenary in Turkey. You can follow their journey via their blog https://yambag100.wordpress.com/

The following courses are being held by the Branch: Spinal Management (30th May) and First Aid (31st May). These courses are free for all members; please contact the office ASAP if you would like to attend.

There was only a small field of 14 swimmers in Sundays Carl Schaeffer Handicap Swim. Peter Humphries, off 90 seconds, took out first place, Bobbie Winger, off 30 seconds, was second and Jane Lawrence, off 110 seconds, third. This weekend is the last handicap swims for this season, with a swim on both Saturday and Sunday.

This is the final week to grab a pair of Yamba SLSC girls and ladies Finz swimwear at the greatly reduced price of $30. Call into the office before the sale finishes on Sunday afternoon!

Yamba SLSC meat raffles are on every Saturday evening at the Yamba Golf and Country Club. Anne and Brian Jones and Bill Onslow will be selling tickets from 5:30pm with the draw staring at 6:30pm. Go along and try you luck!

This weekend is the final for volunteer patrols until September. Thank you to our volunteer patrol members for all their time and effort this season. Patrols for this weekend are:
